EventForge is a privacy-first event planning app. In Solo mode, all event data (schedules, scripts, checklists) is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to any server. Team mode is an optional feature that syncs data through Supabase only when you explicitly join or create a team room.
Event names, participant names, schedules, scripts, and checklists you enter are stored on your device (Solo mode) or synced to your team room (Team mode). We do not access, read, or process this data on our servers.
EventForge Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. Purchase receipts are validated directly with the App Store. Subscription management is handled by Apple; cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
No AI APIs, analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking services are used by EventForge.
EventForge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the address below.
Solo mode data is retained on your device until you delete the app or clear your browser data. Team mode data is retained in your Supabase team room until you delete the room or leave the team.
You may delete all local data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. For Team mode data, you may delete your team room from within the app.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an app update. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
